Guys,
Sorry to trouble you, but I am going to implement a simple ODMA v2.0
compliant DMS implementation.  

My format for the Doc ID is 

              ::ODMA\Rebis\<GUID>\<some_generated_number>

where GUID is a [Microsoft generated] globally unique identifier which I
want to use to distinguish between documents Id's from seperate DMS
installations
and 
<some_generated_number> is the DMS generated document number

Is this an acceptable format - do I need to register the format officially
anywhere ??

Any help much appreciated !
